This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which CloudNine collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://cloudnine.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by CloudNine.

Additionally, CloudNine is committed to cooperation with the EU Data Protection Agency (DPA) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (DFPIC) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EU and Switzerland in the context of an employment relationship. CloudNine affirms that if will inform individuals about:
